Across India, countless women struggle with unemployment and financial dependence, while our forests face rapid deforestation and environmental degradation. At Amrita Devi Foundation, we believe that the key to a stronger future lies in empowering people and protecting nature.
Since our inception in 2019, we have focused on:

With over 1000+ trained women and thousands of trees planted our journey is just beginning!
Empowering Women Through Skill Development
One of the biggest challenges in rural India is the lack of job opportunities for women. Many are forced to migrate or depend on daily wage labor. Through Amrita Devi Women’s Skill Development Institute (ADWSDI), we provide free training in:

Today, many of the girls / women are self dependent and some of them have their own tailoring centers and some are more confident and doing other jobs and some students of digital marketing manages social media accounts for businesses and getting good salary—all while working from home!
